From an initial engagement to design and build and industry-leading website, our relationship grew to the point of being the de facto marketing department for this innovative leader in personal care manufacturing.

Lincoln Manufacturing is a leading manufacturer key components for flagship products by L’Oréal, Estée Lauder, and more. But their website didn’t reflect their expertise and experience—and wasn’t delivering leads..
So we created a new website that replicated their real-world sales process, and leads began pouring in the day it launched.

Thinking outside the box…in a box
In the personal-care industry, business gets done in person. At trade shows in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and more, partnerships are formed, deals struck, and the supply chain for this season’s hot new products gets hammered out—unless COVID gets in the way.
But while competitors were stressing at home, Lincoln MFG-USA had a powerful business-development tool in its quiver: we created a sample kit that formulators could use to keep innovating from home laboratories. We designed and developed the packaging, and while competitors waited out the pandemic, Lincoln MFG-USA was on workbenches around the world, keeping business moving forward.
The show must go on
Thankfully, COVID passed, and the trade shows resumed. Rather than re-emerge as the same old Lincoln MFG-USA, we helped them make a massive splash.
We named their new Essynce line of all-natural products that provide pleasing aromas and formulation stability without being classified as fragrances or preservatives. With the name in place, we teased the product launch with scratch-and-sniff advertisements in trade publications.
After designing a new booth experience, interactive kiosk, and video highlight reel, we invited convention-goers to a happy hour with custom cocktails featuring the same olfactory profile as the new products.
The result? A line out the door and the most successful product launch in company history.
